15. Who is John Tomlinson?
John Tomlinson is the founder and Director of Disability Financial Clarity.
He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) with more than 30 years of experience in finance, budgeting, operational management, and business advisory across the United Kingdom and Australia.
John has held senior financial roles within healthcare, government, prisons, charities, and public sector organisations. He has also completed the NDIS audit process and developed successful business plans and financial models for Supported Independent Living providers.
Having personally experienced disability, John understands many of the challenges faced by participants, families, and providers. This experience, combined with his professional background, provides a practical understanding of the financial and operational realities within the disability sector.
